What is the standard shipping time for lighting fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. We provide tracking information as soon as your light fixtures leave our warehouse.
Are your lights compatible with dimmable switches?
Most of our pendant and wall lights are dimmable, provided you use compatible dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for dimming capabilities.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide detailed installation manuals and all necessary mounting hardware with every purchase, we do not offer direct installation services. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired wall and pendant installations.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your light fixture arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Are the bulbs included with the light fixtures?
To allow customers to choose their preferred color temperature and brightness, bulbs are generally not included unless specified on the product page. Our fixtures are compatible with standard LED, CFL, and Incandescent bulbs.
Do your wall lights require hardwiring or are they plug-in?
We offer both options. Our product descriptions clearly state whether a fixture is 'Hardwired' (requires connection to an electrical box) or 'Plug-in' (includes a cord and wall outlet plug).
